About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated, experienced dermatology APP who is excited about the opportunity to help establish and grow a new practice.The ideal candidate will be clinically confident, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a developing practice environment while collaborating with the physician leadership and operational teams of The Skin Institute and Integrated Dermatology.Key Responsibilities & Opportunities:Serve as the lead Advanced Practice Provider at The Skin Institute's new Oxford location.Provide high-quality medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and management of common and complex dermatologic conditions.Perform dermatologic procedures within the provider's training, experience, and scope of practice.Establish and grow a loyal patient base through exceptional care and strong community relationships.Develop relationships with local referring providers to support continued practice growth.Collaborate with physician leadership and the operations team to establish clinical workflows, patient care processes, and service offerings.Help shape the culture, patient experience, and long-term success of the Oxford practice.Explore opportunities to expand cosmetic and aesthetic services based on provider experience, interest, and market demand.Opportunity for practice leadership, professional growth, and profit-sharing incentives.
